Try this first!
When the app opens, if a new version is available, the version is downloaded. Before the new version is activated, all browser and application instances must be closed. A running app prevents the new application from starting.
Clear the cache if the above isn't working.
Make sure that all browsers and AltoSignal apps are closed. You're browser may be caching the old version. Follow these steps to clear your browser cache.
Google Chrome (and Microsoft Edge)
- Click the three dots (...) in the upper right browser corner
- Choose -> Settings
- In the settings tab, choose left menu "Privacy, Search, and Services" option
- Scroll down to "Clear browsing data"
- Click the "Choose What to Clear" button
- Uncheck all options
- Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Change the "Time range" to a range that is before the app was last installed
- Click the "Clear Now" button
- Navigate to altosignalapp.com
